Maxin Injection (Flunixin Meglumine 50 mg/ml) belongs to the Non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID), with antipyretic and analgesic activity class of medicines, manufactured by Star Laboratories (Pvt) Ltd, Lahore, Pakistan.

A veterinary non-steroidal anti-inflammatory injection used in cattle for the control of fever, inflammation and associated signs in conditions such as respiratory disease and mastitis. It is administered under veterinary supervision.

Dosage & Administration

The dose, frequency and duration of treatment must be determined by a qualified veterinarian according to the condition and the response of the animal. Always follow the prescription and the approved package insert. Route of administration: Parenteral (injection) — administered by intravenous/intramuscular route in cattle under veterinary supervision.
