Composition

Each 5 ml contains: Chlorpheniramine Maleate, Terpin Hydrate, Potassium Bicarbonate, Ammonium Chloride, Tincture Senega, Menthol, Ephedrine HCl, Potassium Guaiacolsulphonate, Potassium Citrate, Tincture Ipecacuanha, and Extract Glycyrrhiza.

Alvenol Cough Syrup (Chlorpheniramine Maleate, Terpin Hydrate, Potassium Bicarbonate, Ammonium Chloride, Tincture Senega, Menthol, Ephedrine HCl, Potassium Guaiacolsulphonate, Potassium Citrate, Tincture Ipecacuanha, Extract Glycyrrhiza) belongs to the Compound expectorant and antihistamine cough preparation class of medicines, manufactured by Star Laboratories (Pvt) Ltd, Lahore, Pakistan.

This compound cough preparation is used for the temporary relief of cough, chest congestion, and stuffy nose. It combines an antihistamine, a decongestant, and expectorant ingredients.
