Composition

Each tablet contains: Spironolactone BP 50mg and Furosemide 20mg.

Spirofur-20 Tablets (Spironolactone 50mg + Furosemide 20mg) belongs to the Diuretic combination (potassium-sparing aldosterone antagonist with loop diuretic) class of medicines, manufactured by Star Laboratories (Pvt) Ltd, Lahore, Pakistan.

Used in the management of fluid retention (oedema) associated with conditions such as heart failure, liver disease, and certain kidney disorders. The combination promotes removal of excess fluid while helping to conserve potassium.

Dosage & Administration
