- Each bolus contains:
- Tetramisole……………………………………………… 2 gm
- INDICATIONS: Vermisol Bolus is an ideal Anthelmintic for the treatment of Gastro-intestinal and pulmonary Strongylosis in cattle, sheep and swine.It is well tolerated, requires no special feed and has no action on wool or skin of the animal under treatment. It is equally effective for internal parasites of the following species.
- Stomach:
- Haemonchus contorus Ostertagia spp, and Trichostrongylus axei.
- Small Inestine:
- Bunostomum, Phlebolomum, Trigonocephalum, Cooperia spp, Nematodirus spp, Strongyloides papillosus and Trichostrongylus spp.
- Large Intestine:
- Chabertia ovina Oesophagostomum columianum.
- Lunge and bronchi:
- Dictyocaulus, Filaria, Protostrongylus spp, Metastrongylus spp.
- ADMINISTRATION & DOSAGE:
- May be administered by dissolving in drinking water and mixed in feed.
- For Cow and Buffaloes weighing 400 kg or over 3 Boluses
- For Calves weighting upto 200 kg 1 1/2 Bolus
- For Calves weighting upto 66 kg 1/2 Bolus
- Sheep and Goats weighting upto 33 kg 1/4 Bolus
- Sheep and Goats weighting upto 66 kg 1/2 Bolus
